Cork and Pig Tavern in Odessa

The food was great. The service was awesome. The drinks were strong. There was no wait. I loved it. Awesome atmosphere. I can't wait to go back. The deviled eggs are a must.

Definitely enjoyed my meal here. Had the blackened Ribeye and the half chicken. Both tasty. I recommend the blackened Rib eye. For dessert had a tres leches cake that was delicious. All in all I enjoyed the experience. Looking to come back and try some new things.

This place surpasses beyond my expectations. I got the pork ribs And it fell clean off the bone like a rib is supposed too. I also got the pig pizza and the recommended dessert both also didn't disappoint. I sat at the bar the guys back there know how to make there cocktail drinks you will not be disappointed. I recommend sitting at the bar ditching the line too get a table if there is open seats for you and your party. I went bymyself as usual. I will be back

Thank u 1st time there. My daughter jasmine Johnson took me there for brunch for my ?8 birthday. Enjoyed sitting on outside on the patio area spending quality time with great conversation & laughter with my daughter. Thank you so much.great prompt service Had the most wonderful patient waiter. Comparatively, Cork & Pig Tavern is better than most eateries in the Midland area, however, if you're going for good service, and food priced for quality you're going to be disappointed. Nice atmosphere, but quite toasty inside, possibly an air conditioning issue, but definitely not pleasant. The Duo Dip was the best dish, presentation however, was guac and pimento cheese plopped on a plate with chips. Chicken sandwich was good and definitely better than the burger which was extremely salty and no inquiry was made as to how we'd like it cooked, so served well done and dry. Service at CPT is uninterested, inattentive and concerned more with appearing uber chilled and cool than with quality customer service. If you're looking for superficial and no substance, you've found the spot. Note: a bottle of Topo Chico (which is an addiction for this reviewer) costs half of what a case of twelve retail.

Food was amazing! A bit pricey but worth every penny. My husband ordered the ribs, and they literally fell off the bone when he picked it up, it was moist and juicy, probably one of the best ribs we ever had. I ordered a small salad and pizza, also very good. We will be back 😊

My family loves this place it’s a great restaurant with amazingly good food and drinks. The atmosphere there also makes it great for business meetings and the bar is very good just to stop in for a drink. It’s well worth a visit to this restaurant.

Strike 3, you’re out!I so wanted to like this restaurant. I travel to Odessa often and this place gets rave reviews. I had to send my steak back twice and finally they just gave me another one. The side menu is like going to a BBQ restaurant. Can’t even get a baked potato if you can believe that. I know this must be a big deal in Odessa, but trust me, in a major city like Dallas. Houston or San Antonio, this place would be just another wannabe.

The food is very good but a tad pricy. Sometimes the service can be lacking - depending on the waiter or waitress you receive. They can be very busy, so it's best to pick your time wisely. After 6:30, you can expect a large wait.

Great place to go have a pizza or burger. Club sandwich was good. Duo dip was also good. Guacamole and pimento cheese was great with chips. You will pay though for the experience of eating here. This is not a hole in the wall restaurant. Service was good.

We Chosen this place because it was close to our hotel and the reviews were good. Ordered the steak salad and the steak was cooked to perfection! Our son ordered the Pizza and it was one of the best pizzas we've had! (we're picky because we make our own at home with homemade dough) The waiter recommended the cornbread and it was out of sight!! 5 star A+....you need to go here if you haven't yet. Great spot and we will be back on our way though Texas again!!

The calamari is excellent. Our experience was a little bumpy. Cold mashed potatoes were replaced with another pile of cold mashed potatoes. They tasted good, just cold. I ordered the Pizza with extra sauce but the server recommended a side of warm marinara. Ok, perfect. The Pizza came out 10 minutes after the other two dishes with no side of sauce. It was DRY. Half way through eating the dry Pizza a warm cup of ice cold sauce came out. When I asked about it, another server took it away..The manager explained the cold food was caused by a "shift change" 🙄

As far as it goes in Midland or Odessa, this place is a good bet. The food is better then most all places around town. The service is too notch. We had the pleasure of having 3 servers who were all friendly and helpful. Wish they had more beers on tap. And pricing is OK, not over priced in my opinion.

This restaurant is a treasure. If you're looking for a nice dining experience, quality service, and off the charts fantastic food, this restaurant will not disappoint. It is hands down Odessa's best restaurant. Couldn't have been more satisfied and stunned at how good everything we ordered was. Their brick oven pizza is on point! If you want an exquisitely grilled, choice piece of beef, you won't be disappointed with their filet mignon, it's practically meat butter.

Still the best place to eat in Midessa. Some new items on the menu wouldn’t be turned away now and then. The cinnamon butter on the double cut chop is to die for.

Always a tasty option when a little extra money can be spent but well worth it!

Delicious food. Staff is awesome 👍.The reason for the four... I mean c'mon... This is Odessa. Compared to every resteraunt in town, it's definitely gets a 5 star. Now compared to most other resteraunts within any major city, well it's a 3.5 star.

I always go and ask for tres leches cake and is so good! But this last time it wasn't that good. They need to stop adding a lot of caramel on the cake because it doesn't make it good. Other than that, food is always excellent, great service, good drinks, and they are respecting social distancing. I loved that they changed their menus into an HQ so you just scan it and have it on your phone .

Service is their middle name. Someone in our party of 8 had the sense to make reservations (6.30pm on a Saturday) and we were immediately seated. Waitress greeted us immediately and brought waters (huge bonus points) and took our bar drink and appetizer orders. My drink was the jalapeno martini and it was spicy perfection! Also try the deviled eggs and calamari, they are both amazing. We ordered dinner and the meatloaf seemed a bit rare so the manager brought out a new one, no problem. Another friend and I ordered the beef short rib. His was perfect and mine was all fat. The manager immediately took care of it. Other folks enjoyed the steak salad and another the fish of the day. Everything was delicious and we shared a wonderful night with friends. Would highly recommend the food and the staff. Looking forward to going back.

In Midland/Odessa for work. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in this restaurant. We had smoked fish dip and a Steak Salad. The dip and the toasted bread it came with was delicious. The Steak Salad was the BEST I ever had.

First time here & Cork & Pig. Thoughts: Midland Is not known for its customer service but this place is phenomenal! Kevin was our bartender & he was A M A Z I N G! Very kind, attentive, & professional. Shout out to the cooks too for the delicious food. Definitely recommend :)

Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs so we just had a couple drinks and appetizers. Gabby, our server was very nice and very attentive. The deviled eggs were good. The smoked trout was amazing.

Really enjoyed my first visit here. The inside of the restaurant has a vibe to it. The staff was attentive and friendly. The restrooms were neat and tidy. I ordered a mesquite chicken sandwich and while it was a bit bland, it still tasted very good. The vegetables were bombtastic. The shrimp calamari was very very good. Overall I would visit again, but the prices deter me.

The food is here is fantastic! You get exactly what you ask for. However, when you get that food, changes everything. The service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely, awful. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. We had a never ending rotation of other servers bringing us our food and drinks. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I'm willing to try this place again, but sit in an area with more light. The area we sat in was very dark and it was hard to read the menus. I usually order salmon, and this one was a very small piece, the lemon they brought with it was super dry like it was left in the fridge for a while. The appetizers were good and so was the salad. I would not order the key lime pie again, the whip cream was unflavored and the pie itself was like taking a bite out of diabetes with how sweet it was. I do want to come back later on and see what else they have to try. For now it's a 3 star.

We spent a 100$ here on Father's Day I got a filet mignon and cooked perfectly with no flavor the seasoned broccoli had more flavor than the steak everything else that was ordered was awesome

Get the So Cal pizza! I’m from designer drom Dallas and came in to visit and let me tell you, this as a wonderful experience through and through. Our server, Zack, was absolutely amazing. He knew the dishes and was very attentive to our table. My date got the Texas burger with the acorn squash, SUPER good. Everyone should come to this gem! 🥩🍕❤️
